Once your Di Capo eyewear is carefully prepared and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its path — from our atelier to your doorstep.
We ship via DHL or trusted national postal services, depending on your location.
If your order is handled by the local post, you can easily track it using the same number on your country’s official postal website.

How do I return my order?
We design with intention — and we stand by it.
But if your eyewear doesn’t feel exactly right, you’re covered.
We offer a 7-day return window, beginning the day your Di Capo arrives.
Our process is as refined as the product itself:

Your eyewear must be returned in unused condition, with all protective materials, tags, and original packaging — including case and cloth — in pristine state.
2. Request return authorization
Contact us at info@dicapo.es to initiate the return. We’ll guide you through each step with care.
3. Repack with precision
Place your eyewear back in its original packaging to protect it during the journey back.
4. Ship securely
Use a trusted carrier and affix the return label we provide. Your Di Capo deserves a safe return.
5. Refund with integrity
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

How is the refund of my money done?
Once your return is approved, we process refunds with the same attention to detail that defines our eyewear.
- Debit card: Refunded within 1 business day.
- Credit card: Timing may vary depending on your bank’s processing policies.
- PayPal: The refund appears immediately upon confirmation.
Each payment platform will notify you directly once the refund has been issued

Do you offer presciption lenses?
At Di Capo, we don’t offer lens prescription services.

What does the size guide mean?
All Di Capo frames are designed with balanced proportions to adapt comfortably to a wide range of face shapes.
You’ll usually find measurements like this: 50□20–145.
Each number tells part of the story:
- 50mm → Lens width
- 20mm → Bridge width (space between lenses)
- 145mm → Temple length (the arms of the frame)
Our dimensions ensure comfort, visual harmony, and allow for precise lens fitting if you choose to add prescription lenses.
