Refund policy

To proceed, follow these steps:

 

1. Eligibility

   The piece must be in perfect, unused condition, with all protective films, tags and accessories intact. The original packaging—case, cloth and box—must be returned in flawless condition.

2. Request Authorization

   Contact us at info@dicapo.es to request your return authorization. Our team will guide you from there.

3. Repackage Securely

   Place the eyewear back into its original packaging to ensure full protection during transit.

4. Ship Responsibly

   Attach the return label provided and ship through a trusted carrier.

5. Refund

   Once your piece is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
