You’ll usually find measurements like this: 50□20–145.

Each number tells part of the story:

• 50mm → Lens width
  
• 20mm → Bridge width (space between lenses)
  
• 145mm → Temple length (the arms of the frame)

If you already have a pair that fits well, just check the inside of the arm. You’ll likely see three numbers like the ones above — that’s your size reference.
